Delivering on style whilst not compromising on exceptional taste.

It's important that when it comes to your wedding cake, you are treated to a delicious marriage of flavours. All of my wedding cakes are made fresh to order with quality ingredients, Belgian chocolate, free range eggs and real butter.

Each tier is at least 5" tall with 4 layers of the lightest sponge filled with Swiss meringue buttercream for a more luxurious and velvety taste.

My fondant-covered cakes are coated with a layer of Belgian chocolate ganache to ensure a perfect foundation for smooth, sharp-edged fondant and I use a premium quality fondant for flavour and a luxury finish.

    The Classics

    Madagascan Vanilla 

    An all-time classic. Soft vanilla sponge filled with fruity strawberry conserve and vanilla buttercream.

    Raspberry & White Chocolate 

    A decadent combination of white chocolate sponge studded with fresh raspberries and filled with Belgian white chocolate buttercream.

    Lemon Drizzle 

    A firm favourite. Zesty lemon sponge infused with lemon sugar syrup and filled with tangy lemon curd and fresh lemon buttercream.

    Lemon & Blueberry 

    A popular choice for spring and summer weddings. Delicate lemon sponge studded with blueberries and filled with fresh lemon buttercream.

    Coconut & Lime 

    Delicate coconut and lime sponge filled with fresh zesty lime buttercream.

    Carrot & Walnut

    Delicately spiced light carrot cake studded with walnuts and filled with smooth orange buttercream.

    Red Velvet 

    Moist ruby Red Velvet sponge with a hint of vanilla and cocoa filled with vanilla buttercream.

    Signature Flavours

    Pistachio & Rose

    A personal favourite. A decadent marriage of pistachio and delicately fragranced rose sponge, filled with white chocolate buttercream.

    Peach, Honey & Vanilla

    Light and summery, this is a delicious vanilla sponge studded with nuggets of peach and infused with a peach and honey syrup. Filled with a peach flavoured buttercream and honey drizzle.

    Orange, Poppyseed & Passionfruit

    A fruity summer flavour of orange and poppyseed filled with orange buttercream and tangy passionfruit curd.

    Cherry Bakewell

    A delicious classic flavour combination of moist almond sponge filled with black cherry conserve and almond flavoured buttercream.

    Brown Sugar & Salted Caramel 

    A different alternative to vanilla, this is a brown sugar and vanilla sponge filled with salted caramel drizzle and vanilla buttercream.

    Chocolate

    My chocolate sponge is made with 70% dark Belgian chocolate and whilst it’s light in texture, it still has a moist brownie quality that makes it deliciously decadent.

    Chocolate & Raspberry

    Chocolate sponge filled with a tangy raspberry conserve that cuts beautifully through the sweetness of the chocolate. Paired with silky chocolate buttercream.

    Chocolate Noisette 

    For the Nutella lovers. Chocolate sponge filled with Nutella, hazelnut-flavoured buttercream and roasted hazelnut nibs.

    Chocolate & Salted Caramel 

    Chocolate sponge filled with decadent salted caramel drizzle and salted caramel buttercream.

    Chocolate & Orange 

    Chocolate sponge filled with tangy orange curd and fragrant orange buttercream.

    Please be aware that gluten and nut products are produced in my kitchen so I cannot guarantee that cakes have not come into contact with substances that may cause an allergic reaction.

    Please note that I unfortunately do not offer vegan, dairy free or egg free wedding cakes but can offer free-from cupcakes to suit guests with dietary requirements.
