From modern art inspired designs that are bold and unapologetic in design to floral creations that deliver on elegance and romance with whimsical touches to lend movement and personality.

My attention to detail is where I can elevate a design and take it from simply cake decorating to cake artistry with swoon-worthy ruffles, delicate handmade flowers and translucent wafer paper flourishes that filter the light and bring the creation to life.

“We asked Charlene to create a wedding cake which wouldn't be drowned by its quite grand setting at our venue and she totally delivered on drama and our cake looked stunning. It was a work of art which fitted right in at our venue and most importantly, every different flavoured tier tasted delicious.
